Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be delighted with your purchase from the Santa Barbara Museum of Art Store. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receipt with the original receipt for a replacement, exchange, Museum Store credit, or refund.

Gift recipients will receive a merchandise credit in the form of an SBMA Store credit.

Return Guidelines

Please note:

• Returned items must be in their original packaging, intact, unused, and in good condition.
• If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at (805) 884-6454 or sbmastore@sbma.net for assistance and further instructions.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
