These lily pads are formed from recycled glass, cast by hand with the artist's designer color blend and given a satin finish. The green glass is set into hand-formed surroundings and layered with a matte finish to create a tasteful color combination.
Based out of New York, Michael Vincent Michaud is notably unique in his process of cast glass. Through this craft, Michael is able to capture bold colors and textures which, when hit with radiant light, make each glass element of the jewelry glisten and glow.
Radiating elegance across bodies of water, the flowers, and pads of the water lily are both staples in nature as well as subjects in several artists’ works. Inspired by Monet and his love for glasswork, Michael Vincent used the water lily to create this collection.
